Pricing
3% per table booked — that’s it.
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no per-show fee, no charge for tables that don’t sell. ShowDay makes money only when you do.
Card processing. Payments run through Stripe; Stripe’s standard card fees apply to captured payments, same as any card sale.
Payouts go straight to you. Vendors pay through Stripe, the same payment system behind millions of businesses, and the money lands in your own Stripe account on your normal payout schedule — ShowDay never holds it. Our 3% comes out automatically, so there’s nothing to invoice or chase.
Who pays the 3%? Today it’s added to the vendor’s total at checkout, shown as its own line. We’re building the option for promoters to absorb it instead — early-access promoters get a say in how that works.
Nothing up front. Design floors, publish shows, and share your booking link without entering payment details. The fee only exists when a table actually books.
