ShowDay is built in Oklahoma, side by side with a working card-show promoter. We watched the same problems repeat every month — the floor plan in one place, the bookings in another, the money somewhere else entirely, and one person holding it all together over text — and built the tool we kept wishing existed.

Questions promoters ask
- What does it cost?
- 3% per table booked. That’s it. Details on the pricing page.
- Do vendors need an account?
- Yes — a free one, made at checkout. They open your link, browse the map and pick their tables without signing in; the account is asked for once, at the payment step, and takes a moment. It is where their confirmation, their hold and their booking history live, so a vendor at their fourth show of yours is not re-typing everything.
- When does a vendor actually get charged?
- Only when you approve their booking. Until then their card is authorized — held, not charged. If you reject them, or the hold expires, it releases on its own and they're never out a dime.
- What if I already have a floor plan?
- Upload it and trace over it. PDF, photo, whatever you've got.
- What if I don't have a floor plan at all?
- You can set your room's real size from its square footage or one known measurement and lay it out from scratch. It doesn't need to be pretty to be accurate.
- Can two vendors book the same table?
- No — and not as a policy, as a fact. The system settles it instantly and the second vendor picks something else. Double-booking is the one mistake we made impossible.
- What happens if a vendor cancels?
- If you haven't approved them yet, the hold simply releases — no money moved. If you have, that's between you and your vendor, same as always — ShowDay just makes the table easy to resell.
